What are #MSFTEduChat TweetMeets?

Every month Microsoft Education organizes multiple social events on Twitter targeted at educators. The hashtag we use is #MSFTEduChat. A team of topic specialists and MIE Expert teachers prepare and host these TweetMeets together. Our team of educator hosts first crafts several questions around a certain topic. Then, before the event, they share these questions together with a range of resources, a blog post and background information about the events on social media, so that all participants can prepare themselves. Learn more about TweetMeets in the TweetMeet Course on the Microsoft Education Community.

To accommodate a global audience, two event sessions are held: one at 10 a.m. and another at 4 p.m. PT. Each session lasts one hour. For other countries and time zones in the world, check the local event times for Session 1 and for Session 2. For example: If you’re in Sydney, Australia, the second event would take place Wednesday, August 16th at 9 a.m. AEST.
