At ISTE we are pleased to showcase a Windows 10 exclusive Block and JavaScript coding progression, powered by Microsoft MakeCode, for Arduino Uno devices, as part of our exciting, interactive STEM experience.

 

 

We are showcasing how you can build future ready skills in your classroom with hands-on learning through educator built lesson plans that align to both ISTE and NSS standards in partnership with BBC Learning.

Chineasy Story Builder, our new tablet app, aims to develop a love of language, cultural understanding, and foster new ideas and experiences for children creatively. Children will learn how to read, write, and pronounce Chinese characters along the way!

Micro:bit is a pocket-sized, codeable computer that allows children to get creative with technology. At ISTE we are pleased to showcase this amazing affordable device, supported by Microsoft MakeCode as part of our unique, hands-on STEM experience.

 

 

Pearson Immersive is a division in Pearson which focuses on immersive learning technologies and building content that revolutionizes education. Our aim is to transform traditional, classroom-based training methods into engaging, affordable, augmented, virtual and mixed reality solutions to meet specific learning needs.

PowerSchool will be next to the Microsoft Booth showcasing their School of the FutureFrom teacher recruitment and professional development to student enrollment, classroom instruction, and real-time performance analytics, the School of the Future is centered around PowerSchool’s comprehensive, unified solutions. Guests will take a guided tour through a school that features PowerSchool’s award-winning instructional and administrative solutions, working with Microsoft productivity tools, Paint 3D, HoloLens, and coding activities, as well as a professional learning center supported by PeopleAdmin’s TalentEd solution.
