Following a hugely successful event in Toronto this year, next March sees the return of the annual E2 Educator Exchange, taking place in Singapore. As a country rated first in Maths and Science, and with a recent OECD-led study describing Singapore as having “the world’s best education system”, it’s fantastic location to bring together our educators from all over the world for the 2018 summit.
For MIEExperts from all over the world, E2 is three days of recognising and celebrating the achievements of educators who combine content, pedagogy, and technology in exemplary ways to prepare students for success in the 21st Century. This event brings together the most innovative educators and leaders from around the world for the opportunity to collaborate, create, and share their experiences on how to integrate technology and pedagogy to advance learning, achieve student outcomes, and transform education.
Back in September the 2017-18 cohort of Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts was announced, and this group of more than 8,000 educators have been doing amazing work across the world to advance best practice in teaching and learning, bringing innovation and creativity to everything that they do.
Flying the flag for us in Singapore will be a number of educators from England, Scotland and Wales. If you are part of the 2017-18 MIE Expert cohort, you will have been sent an email detailing how you can apply to represent us in Singapore next March. The closing date for submissions is this month, so make sure you don’t miss out!
Join Online on March 14th
To broaden the impact of this event, the keynote at E2 will be streamed live online on March 14th, 2018 on the Microsoft Education Facebook page. Details will be announced in February 2018 on the Microsoft Education Facebook page and on the Microsoft Education blog.
